A Non-Hater Interviews Paris Hilton And Calls “Hottie” The Worse Movie?

New Interview!

An award-winning film critic Gary Cogill from WFAA.com, interviewed Paris Hilton about her movie a couple weeks ago. He’s a bit “cold” but doesn’t sound like a hater. Paris looks as sweet as an innocent butterfly lol.

This is the interview that he did with Paris Hilton. For asking those two last questions, his interview was almost going to be cancelled by Paris’ handlers.

After doing that interview with Paris, he gave his thoughts on the interview. He bascially says some harsh comments about Paris’ handlers. He regards them as a problematic bunch. He says the problem is not Paris, but the people around her. Hrm, interesting! This is not the first time I hear a complaint similar to this one, but no, if this rule wasn’t implemented, then we’d be barely getting comments about her projects. I say it’s all good!

In another video, he completely trashes “the Hottie and the Nottie”, but again, he doesn’t blame Paris.

Once again, don’t make a final opinion out of this, you must watch the movie first. A romantic comedy is not for everyone. And yes, there are a few reviews that praise “the Hottie and the Nottie.”

The first video seemed permanently stuck in loading limbo for me on first try at least and I have no interest in the other two. I suspect some sour grapes about his interview nearly being cancelled, or else he just disguised his personal vendetta against anything Paris related better than some.

Yes, romantic comedies aren’t everyone’s cup of tea (and I’m more of a coffee drinker anyway, lol!). I’m more of an occassionally if I’m in the mood and it’s on TV sort of viewer of them myself and am only personally interested and excited about this particular one because of Paris. But there’s a big difference between that, a balanced review and calling something the worst movie (that sounds far too drama queen, hyperbole, amatuerish IMDB/Ain’t It Cool forum like for a award winning film critic). Opinions are subjective (no matter how lofty and pretentious some get about them) but from the clips and trailer, it certainly doesn’t seem worst movie material (like I said, that always screams infantile drama queen tendency to me, rather than considered opinion). It seems good natured enough , probably with at least some funny moments and the cast seems likable enough, so a complete trashing of it doesn’t sound like a fair review. Like I said, I haven’t tried that particular video though. I see Paris and every project of her’s (not to mention every breath or step she takes) getting bashed constantly everywhere and I prefer to avoid these types of “articles”, “opinion pieces” or “reviews” (or whatever their hack creators call them) and don’t want to contribute to their number of hits.

Didn’t he say that he almost canceled it and not the other way around? I don’t know how that’s sour grapes. He just stated that she was only staying across the street, was still 45 minutes late, there was a big production about interviewing her, and no one even apologized to him about her being late. He also didn’t blame Paris. I actually don’t see what was so bad about what he said. The questions weren’t very personal, he gave his opinion about the movie, and then essentially stated that Paris’ people need to chill. Anyway. . .
