Brittany Flickinger: “[Paris Hilton] used me!”

So the attacks between both sides continue. Brittany Flickinger was recently on Dr. Blogstein’s blog talk radio and said some harsh things about Paris Hilton.

Brittany claims that she gained nothing from being on the reality show and that Paris used her, while Paris says the opposite is true.

She added that everything between them was going well until Paris started working on My BFF 2: “Then all of a sudden it was like, ‘Casting for BFF 2! Better end this now. Bye. I don’t need you anymore.’ That’s disgusting to do to somebody… That’s defamation of character.”

Brittany never believed Paris could be best friend material for her and was actually surprised that Paris once really wanted to be her best friend: “It was around the time she broke up with Benji [Madden], so she was feeling lonely. And she would say things to me that led me to believe that she really did think we were best friends. So I was like, ‘Oh, s – – -. This girl must be a little f – – – – – up.”

Finally, she accused Paris and her team of censoring her online: “Any time I say anything about her to defend myself – after all the interviews she has done lying about me and making all this stupid stuff up – everything that I say is taken off the Internet.”

Listen part of the interview here. Warning: a lot of Paris bashing from Brittany and hosts:

Everyone can hate me if they want, but I believe her 100%

I still love Paris, always will, but Brittany didn’t even need to say any of that for me to already know that’s the way it is.

Imagine if it was Paris talking like that about her! It’s easy to attack Paris with the 100% support of bias hosts.

Well, I think the reality is that My BFF is just an entertainment show. The truth is that it attracts a lot of (fame-obsessed) contestants who just want to be famous. Probably, less than 10% of the contestants are truly there only for Paris. And the show is designed to attract those types. It’s normal, but also flawed!

Brittany didn’t sign up to the show because she really wanted to be Paris’ best friend!

So Paris really wanted to be her BF, but when My BFF 2 casting started, she decided to drop her?

Vannessa should’ve won the first season. She was a better choice, and if she had won, we surely wouldn’t have a controversy now because at least, we know she truly wanted to be Paris’ BFF.

Ahhh, well, I don’t like taking positions. Who knows!

No one forced Brittany to become a contestant on BFF.

She has nothing to gripe about since Paris took her all over, including to Australia, and no doubt paid for it all.

The more Brittany badmouthes Paris and posts crazy messages on the web, the more believable Paris’s version of the story is.

It seems that Paris tried to be friends with Brittany but she turned into a psycho, so Paris finally dropped her.

Paris and the show have moved on. Brittany should let it go already and move on too. Her 15 minutes are up.

Even if Vanessa won last season, there still wouldve been some kind of BFF breakup. How else would season 2 be started, its all a big lie. Just like Tila Tequilas show, she broke up with person who won the first season, just so she could have a 2nd.That’s how mtv has always done it, so I believe brittany. Paris doesn’t need anyone to be her BFF, so people should know this show is rigged, and that they are gonna get dumped at the end of it, if they are picked. And if anything Brittany was used too. Paris put her in the spotlight to show that her show and “friendship” is real. Who would want to watch season 2 if they didn’t see the 2 former bffs out together. So paris definitely used britany also, and I’m sure britany wanted fame too. So they are both in the wrong, but we can’t keep ignoring paris’s wrong doing because we are fans. I wish she would quit the show cuz she’s better without it. Still love paris, but don’t like the show haha.

charlie,

I think season two would have happened even if they were still friends. I mean, they could say “join Paris and Britt’s world,” something like that!

But there’s no doubt that they used the feud as a publicity for season two. I haven’t seen the first episode, because I’m still waiting for others to come over and watch it. I’ll definitely watch it today! I’ll see how much Britt bashing there is.

I don’t know if she’s telling the truth or hiding something, but if she’s being used this way, then it’s wrong because it’s hurting her. But I still believe more Paris than Britt!

Let’s see if Paris would drop Sam if she decides to film a second British season. Personally, I don’t think Paris is that cruel. That’s not the Paris I know!

I agree, I don’t like this BFF project, either. It’s all unnecessary drama. But this is how it works. It’s all for entertainment. If Paris finds a good BFF, well good for her, but there’s no guarantee!

Dawn, I completely agree with you. I am 100% on Paris’ side. It’s like how Paris is still in touch with Sam from the British BFF show, and some of the other former contestants and stuff. Besides Paris does NOT need to use ANYONE especially some random person who wasn’t famous til she landed on Paris’ show to get attention. Paris gets WAY more than enough attention all on her own. Brittany definitely used Paris for her own gain and that’s so wrong and lame. After all the show could easily continue with ’em still being BFFs. It’s like how Paris said in some interviews, “I can have more than one BFF” for explaining about doing so many different versions of the show and having so many BFF winners. And it’s true. She wouldn’t have to drop Brittany to continue the show. I definitely believe Paris over Brittany by far.

There are always two sides of a story but trashing Paris like that is so shady and NOT cool !

From: juju

okay, it’s a show, as i’ve said many times. i never expected paris and any winner to become inseparable. but paris and her team set up that expectation in the public’s eye when she began toting brittany, very publically, with her all over creation, including on her family’s christmas holiday ski trip to aspen. (and yes, i’m sure brittany didn’t pay anything so really shouldn’t be complaining.)

there was never any reason for paris toting her around as far as the show goes. theredidn’t need to be a “break-up” with the season 1 BFF in order to justify a second season in the U. S because there’s nothing wrong with having more than one BFF, so that was lame to begin with.

but even if britany is shady, paris shouldn’t be bashing her in any way or saying anything any where for any reason. it’s so high school and paris should be well beyond that by now. she only makes herself look silly and juvenile. but since paris has been bashing brittany, well then, paris brought brittany retort on herself. if somebody bashed me publicaaly, then i might reply as well.

sparis should just drop it already. the show will work without that drama and it only leads to more people criticizing paris for being childish. like david letterman said to paris regarding her ongoing use of the term “hungary tiger,” “…do you get paid every time you say that?”

enough already.

lol @ juju.

Honestly, for some reason, the new catch phrase “hungry tiger” sounds weird. “Huge” is a bit meh, too. The best ones were “that’s hot” and “loves it.”

You know, Paris is cross between a child and an adult, but I wouldn’t say a teenager. I think that’s one of the things that makes her very special.

Aside the Britt drama, I think people who are like Paris have lived a very “soft” life, where everything has been good and well for them. I’d include myself in this category, too. Unfortunately, there are very few people who are like that.

Most people at her age act very serious, mature and boring, but Paris is an adult and always a kid at heart!

Oh well, I don’t know. Maybe, I’m just talking crazy, hehe.

juju it’s obvious you’re not a fan of Paris’ so why are you even on a fan site for her?

From: Jen

Paris really did not say much of anything against Brittany, except that she does not want to be used/tricked again. That’s perfectly understandable.

But going by some of the hateful comments Brittany has made about Paris, not to mention the weird drawings, I’d say Brittany has mental problems.

So do some people who come onto Paris fansites posing as fans when they’re just haters.
Either they all sound alike or they’re one person posting under different names.

From: admin

No, no, you guys shouldn’t think that this way! Juju is not a hater. I know him/her well enough!

The comments may be harsh, but that doesn’t necessarily make the person a non-fan. It should be ok to criticize Paris, as long as it’s productive and done with respect. It’s important to accept criticism. No one and nothing is perfect in this world…

thank you admin.

as a fan, i just don’t think i have to agree with everything a celeb says or does to remain a fan. it’s like being a friend, you have to be honest, not a “yes” person.

paris is special and it’s okay to be a child at heart, but in my opinion, it’d not okay to be childish and catty. it may be meant as a dig at Brit or whoever, but in the end, it only makes paris look bad. on the one hand, she is working really hard to be taken seriously and then on the other she makes those types of comments.

it’s also not necessary for the show to create that type of bad karma/vibe.

From: Dawn

Why are people magnifying a few factual comments made by Paris – but overloking the downright nasty remarks made by Brittany?

It seems that Paris had good reason to dump Brittany as a friend since Brittany turned out to be a creepy piece of work.
At any rate, she is so last season and Paris has moved on.

From: Dawn

Also, Paris has a right to be herself . That’s what makes her Paris after all.

Perhaps we can all refrain from trying to tell her what she should or should not do or be.
Paris does not have to be perfect, being who she is – that’s good enough for fans.

Paris is Paris… you can never change her including you Brittany. Neither she can change you. She has a rich lifestyle while you don’t. Can’t you just be grateful that you’ve been chosen on the first episode? Why are you questioning like you didn’t get money at all? You were like all over the place trying to get everybodys attention as if you’re so popular. Stop talking about Paris and stop whining!

Everybody knows that the winner of My new BFF is not really going to be Paris’s BFF, at least not for long. It’s all entertainment and I had hoped Brittany didn’t take it as serious too. But I guess in the process you can’t help but bond.

im more on brittanys side because paris has been friends with alot of ppl and most of them are using her while the others are for real but at the end they all get cut from her life. And its obvious that paris was doing the first season to get more of her career. And it is kinda strange how all of a sudden theres a second season wather or not this is for friendship this is only entertament i bet if vanessa won and her and paris were still friends right now i bet there would still be a second season you can sometimes expect this from certain celebraitys
