Court case with Antebi Footwear “amicably resolved”

Paris Hilton has settled her blistering court battle with a Manhattan footwear company.

The socialite has dropped her $1 million lawsuit against Antebi Footwear, and the shoe company has dropped its $2 million counterclaim against her, court papers filed Thursday show.

Hilton had charged Antebi, which launched her Paris Hilton Footwear line back in 2007, had been a heel for stiffing her on royalties.

Antebi went toe-to-toe with the reality TV star, saying she’d stilettoed them in the back by pimping a rival company’s shoes.

The case was expected to go to trial sometime next year, but lawyers for the two sides filed joint papers in Manhattan Federal Court saying the case should be “voluntarily dismissed in its entirety.”

Hilton’s lawyer, Michael Weinsten, told the Daily News the terms of the deal are confidential, but “the action was amicably resolved.”
