Dance Album Is Next For Paris Hilton

BREAKING NEWS!

It’s almost official, Paris Hilton wants to do a dance album. She recently did an interview with MTV’s Yasmine Richard, and this is what she said:

“Actually I just put a recording studio in my new house, so I’ve been working a lot in there and, um, next I want to do a dance album. I love Bob Sinclair, I love that kind of dance-music vibe, and I’m part of the club scene a little bit, so I think doing a dance album is my next move.”

Hrm, what do you guys think? I have a feeling that the songs won’t be like “Turn It Up” and “Turn You On.” The next album must be as good as her debut album. There’s something really unique about Paris that differentiates it from all albums. I hope it will be present in her next album. This is very important.

FINALLY! Some album mention from her! LOL. I’d love for her to do a dance album, dance music is in now. Look at Hilary Duff, Lindsay Lohan, Rihanna, Janet Jackson, etc, they are all doing dance now, and most have been successful. So I think this is great!

Dance radio friendly songs are exactly what I’m looking for!! In the car me and my friends LOVE listening to fun dance music and Paris’ didn’t really have any in her debut album. I’m so excited for this now! Wow she has a recording studio IN her house! Gahh no wonder there hasn’t been pictures of her going out to studios! And remember when Scott Storch was at her house until like 3am one night? Maybe they were in the studio all night! I’m so exicted, I love Bob Sinclair’s pop dance music! If this is her “next move” does that mean it’s her next project? I mean Hottie is long done, perfume is out, clothing line/shoe line is out, Repo is done just some promotion, no more Simple Life. All she really has that I can think of is her new music album and her BFF show! I just hope she learned from her first album and makes her second one perfect! I hope she doesn’t over use producers, like everyone now is using JR Rotem, Scott, Timbaland, Danja, etc. I hope she works with cool new producers! Gahh I’m so effing excited!

PS: to support Paris I just bought a pair of her shoes and jeans for my friends birthday that is coming up.

if scott storch is really going broke, i hope paris isn’t using him to produce the album…..

also i’d like to hear a more unique & creative sound from paris and not the cookie-cutter, over-produced, sound-board intensive, music du jour that everyone else is pumping out….

For me (not someone normally into modern commercial pop), the first album was perfect and quickly became one of my all time most played and favourite albums. I hope the second manages to be as good.

Great! I think she should do something more non-dancefloor friendly like Kylie’s X, instead of Britney’s “Blackout”. Just hope she doesn’t work with Timbaland or Danja.

Mat,
OMG I LOVE BLACKOUT SO MUCH! It’s one of my top albums, it’s so Britney and so hot. I agree though, Paris shouldn’t do “Blackout” music, she has her own genre of music. “Paris” music! I can’t wait for her album, I swear she’s like purposely killing me by making me wait so long! I mean I remember Danity Kane released their album the SAME day as Paris (August 22nd, 2006

1. I think of Turn It Up & Turn You On as dance music.

2. I like Blackout a lot. I think it’s easily Britney’s best. But then you ratchet that up even more w/the Blackout dance remixes. Timbaland did good work w/Ashlee, so I’d go for that, too.

3. I’d like to see Paris work w/a producer who does remixes. Have it floor-ready from the word go.
