It’s a simple/fun song. I like her vocals! Maybe some of you have heard it, but very few, maybe. I’ll post more info about it later!

I was so surprised/impressed with her vocals! Wow. The songs itself is so cutesy I kind of want to vomit but it’s really cute. Not at all what I was expecting. Ahh. I’m listening to it on repeat, her voice is really good. I’m so impressed. Have you heard Globetrottin’ admin?

Yeah, it’s not particularly a catchy song in my opinion, but the vocals are pretty impressive. The longer version is just as good. She really has improved.

No, I haven’t heard Globetrottin’.

I heard Globetrottin’ on BFF for like 30 seconds, from what i remember it was good.

I like her voice in this, the vocals are really good compared to what we’ve heard

Sounds a bit like a Christmas song or something, but I kinda like it.

Mike Green was a producer Paris said she was working with when she first started her second album, which means that this song was recorded A WHILE ago (2-3 years)

She could have changed direction seeing as in she’s still recording and working with other producers as well. This song might not even make the cut

juju you’re scum, piss off.

and Kevin, I think that’s fairly obvious, especially since admin pointed out in the post that it was record along with Paris for president and jailhouse baby, so I think it’s safe to say you’re pointing out quite the obvious.

This actually annoys me, people pointing out the song being a bit aged, the lyrics being a bit knaff – it’s quite obious Paris isn’t going to be releasing this as a single, admin didn’t even need to share this with us. The fact is no one has mentioned her vocals just “ew juvenile lyrics” (I’m sorry but the irony of that comment is just hilarious) or it being ‘old’. We’ve got a new Paris song where her vocals are showcased really well, we all know it’s a cheesey song but again, obviously this is just from a silly recording session, them testing the waters and having fun.

Way to be unappreciative guys and completely miss the point of this being posted.

scot,

you’re just such a drama-queen-hater.

what’s the difference between “cutsey” and “juvenile?” actually, nothing.

seriously, why do you always attack people here?

the point is that we all love paris and want new music from her, HOWEVER, for her to succeed and get the props she deserves, song choice is every bit as important as her vocals. otherwise, bad lyrics are just a distraction and detract from her voice.

a good song is a complete package; lyrics, music, instruments, vocal talent (melody, tone, range, etc). period. for any artist trying to break through or advance to a higher level, they need to concentrate on all of it.

paris especially to be taken seriously has to show a little more depth and aucenticity as an artist and “cutesy,” aka “juvenile” lyrics don’t meet that standard.
