Judge Refused To See The Medical Evidence

What the media is barely reporting!

Paris HiltonThe normally polished Hilton was disheveled when she arrived at the courtroom, in handcuffs and weeping.

Her body shook constantly as she dabbed at her eyes. Several times she turned to her parents who were seated behind her in the courtroom and mouthed the words, “I love you.”

During the hearing, Hilton’s attorney, Richard Hutton, asked Sauer to hold a closed-door hearing on Hilton’s medical condition or to conduct an independent assessment.

Sauer denied both requests and ordered Hilton back behind bars.

“The defendant is remanded to L.A. County jail,” he said. “The order is final and forthwith.”

The hearing had been requested by the City Attorney’s Office, which had prosecuted Hilton and wanted Baca held in contempt of court for releasing the heiress despite Sauer’s handwritten order that she not be given house arrest.

“This decision sends the message that no individual, no matter how wealthy or powerful, is above the law,” City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo said in a statement after the ruling. “Today, justice was served.”

WTF? I didn’t get it. Does he actually have the choice not to look at her medical evidences?

Actually yes, he made it clear from jump that this was NOT to happen under ANY circumstances.
Unless overnight she was found to have a horrible disease and had less than a month to live, then he would of let her out.
It sucks actually and it seems not fair but it is.
They (the Sheriff’s) fucked up by releasing her and giving her false hope.
They need to be held accountable, not Paris.
To make her serve a 45 day sentence when it was 23 days is dead wrong too.
That is what I want to know about.
The medical stuff is a moot point right about now.
Nothing short of death or dismemberment or the prison blowing up will get her outta there before the next 45 days is up.
She needs to chill in a serious way.
If God forbid she acts a fool she WILL lose her visiting priv’s and commissary priv’s and even out of her cell priv’s.
Kicking your door in a temper tantrum is enough to the DOC to take away your visits BTW.
The DOC does not have to let you out of your cell.
That is a “urban legend”.
There are prisons that like Paris’s the I/M’s are in a 23 hour lockdeown, meals in cells, And get only 3 showers per week! 3 showers per week!
Gross, you say?
Yes, they can do it.
There is another place that gives it’s I/M’s 1 shower per week!
I hope she makes it this next month+.
God bless her little heart.
I did 18 months for shoplifting (think Winona Rider type shoplifting) in a 23 hour per day lockdown with 3 showers per week.
I’d never been in trouble before either..
