New extended trailer of Paris, Not France

Breaking News!

According to ScreenDaily.com, TVA has taken the Canadian TV rights to air Paris, Not France. TVA is a popular French Canadian channel. So it will also air in French, in Quebec. Most likely the English Canadian version of MTV will air it, too.

I think she means all this fame and everything b/c she’s said before how when she was younger she dreamed of being a veterinarian. But I dunno. Just a guess on my part…

My take on “that’s not what I wanted as a little girl” is she wanted to be like Princess Diana. She wanted to be that elegant, loved icon of this generation. She wanted to be American royalty. Go out and do all the charity work and do her business. Instead she came out as a dim-witted heiress with a sex tape. She obviously has a love for doing charity and she has an incredibly strong business, but I think if she had it her way she would have a much more innocent image.

I think Scot is right. She didn’t want to be known as an “hotel heiress” and play the dumb character, but the media and the public forced her to take that direction. So now, she’s stuck with that character…

She also wanted to be a singer and an actress, and look how people don’t take her seriously… But I think it’s not too late!

Anyway, thanks for the post, Scot. I knew she was going to come out with head related lines! No wonder she was always wearing them. lol

@Jaime, some of those scenes werent in the original trailer released last year. Like the scene at the end where Aunt Kyle tells her to make “no face” & where Paris says “this is not what I wanted as a little girl”.

She said she awanted to be a vet but then when she was growing up she realised she would have to deal with putting pets down and all the other not so nice things. Hence why she didnt go through with it.

The good thing is that Paris’ charity work seems to be coming up more. I mean, its still hardly reported but more so then a year or so ago. The media is still trying their hardest to paint Paris as the character and the negative image that the public just assume to be Paris but theyre running out of things. Paris’ business is growing and its getting stronger and stronger. Give it another couple of years and one or two decent movie roles, another great album and there will be a much more positive view of Paris. Or maybe thats just wishful thinking?

Well, it’s going to be really good to see the “dark” side of Paris. Not because I like to see her suffer or want to make her some sort of martyr, I’ve just always wanted to know what she really thinks of all that circus sorounding her.
I think what she meant with ‘the’ phrase is that she loo up on important people and wanted to be considered, but now she is the ‘sex-tape one’ and knows that this is what people want her to be, so, she’ll hardly have the chance to prove them wrong and she knows it.
