Paris Hilton To Promote “The Hottie And The Nottie” On David Letterman Late Show

Even though TMZ and other entertainment sites don’t mention it, Paris Hilton will visit David Letterman’s show to promote her new movie “the Hottie and the Nottie”, which hits theaters February 8.

It’s important to note this, so that we can understand the true purpose of her visit. If Letterman decides to joke around and ask questions about negative past experiences, then the right thing for her to do is to stop doing interviews with him. It’d be rude from Letterman’s part if he ignores what she said last time.

The interview airs on February 1 on CBS.

Paris Hilton To Receive Award From Harvard Lampoon, Not Hasty Pudding

An article was published today regarding the award that Paris will receive from Harvard Lampoon on February 6. Here are a couple of interesting quotes:

“The award traditionally goes to actresses with some theater experience or winners of Academy Awards: Katharine Hepburn, Julia Roberts, Scarlett Johansson,” said Theatricals co-producer Joshua E. Lachter ’09. “Paris Hilton is not normally considered an award-winning actress.”

“Our number one choice was Scarlett Johansson. Our number two was Catherine Zeta Jones. Those guys were busy with something else once they found out it wasn’t the Hasty Pudding, just the Lampoon,” Davenport said. “We went down the list, we got to Paris, and it was very generous of her to come.”

At this point, I’m not sure why she’s been rewarded with an award or whether or not it’s a “somewhat” serious or a complete joke. I’m not going to analyze the article or the award until the day comes.

A Few Quotes From Paris Hilton At Sundance Party

About Nicole Richie’s baby: “I’m so excited!  I’ve sent her all these presents. I’m going to spoil her! It’s the coolest name ever (Harlow Winter Kate Madden).  I’m like, ‘That is the coolest name, oh my God!’ I wouldn’t even think she would have thought of that. It’s a beautiful name.  Nicole is so into it.  She always knows what’s cool before it happens.”

About Britney Spears: “She’s such a sweet girl.  When I’m alone with her, she’s a completely different person than they make her out to be. And I love her, I think she’s very sweet and has a big heart.  She’s amazing.  I just want her to be happy. I think everything’s going to be OK.”

MAJOR Career Announcement From Paris Hilton On Award Day!

    Breaking News! (?)

Ah! I completely ignored this one when I first heard about it, but someone (Clarke) emailed me about it and showed me a reliable source.

On February 8th, after accepting the Harvard Lampoon award, “Paris will then give the most important announcement of her career to date.”

Hrmmmmm, hrmmm! What could it be?! Clarke thinks it may be about a “Hotel in Boston? Nightclub in Boston? New album? New book? Donation to Harvard?”

And I was thinking… maybe a musical performance? Or perhaps it’s going to be related to her movie career? Or… Oh, it’s hard to say since her career plans are always a secret. It could be a charity foundation or something, but it’d weird to announce it like that.

    Any more ideas?!

According to Harvard Lampoon, she will receive “an award better than or equal to “Woman of the Year.””

Get A Phone Call From Paris Hilton

Go to the official website of The Hottie and the Nottie, type in your 10-digit phone number (top-right) and within a few minutes, you should get a pre-recorded voice mail message from Paris Hilton.

It’s a new marketing strategy to promote the movie, and it’s pretty damn kewl! It was used for her album, too.

Note that Canadian members need to type in either one of these zip codes: 90210 or 21212.
