Andrew Ahlering: City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo Violated The Public Trust

Do whatever it takes to punish this monster, and I don’t care what he did. He should be fired from his job and be punished harshly like he did to Paris by recommending her 45 days in jail for a “probation violation.”

A recall notice was delivered Tuesday to the office of City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo, who has come under fire for using city resources for personal benefit.

Delgadillo will now have 14 days to respond to the notice, which was delivered by former county employee Andrew Ahlering — the same person who wants to have Sheriff Lee Baca recalled from office.

“I believe Mr. Delgadillo violated the public trust, I believe he has hurt and violated the California penal code … by misappropriating city funds,” Ahlering said after a receptionist accepted the notice on behalf of Delgadillo.

A city attorney’s representative did not immediately return a call seeking comment.

After Delgadillo files his response, Ahlering’s group, the Committee to Recall Rocky Delgadillo, will have 120 days to collect about 225,000 signatures to trigger a recall election. The city clerk’s office would then have 30 days to verify the signatures before the matter goes to the City Council for review.

Without significant financial backing, Ahlering conceded that mounting a recall effort against Delgadillo could prove to be an “uphill battle.”

“Our campaign will be largely based on the Internet and mail,” he said. “It’s definitely an uphill battle, but I think it’s doable.”

A Web site promoting the recall effort — and seeking donations — was set up three weeks ago.

Meet Paris Hilton’s 4 Years Old Fan

Prepare to be creeped out — Paris Hilton’s biggest fan is a tiny 4-year-old girl.

Showing off posing skills eerily similar to those of her ex-con/socialite hero, a precocious little gal from Florida waited outside Hilton’s home last night for the chance to meet the star of “One Night in Paris” “House of Wax” and “Bottoms Up.” Don’t these kids have bedtimes anymore?!

When Paris emerged, the heiress worked it for the cameras with the little one right by her side — though it’s clear the younger of the two has a lot to learn about handling flashbulbs!

Paris Hilton Puts Girls On Display For An Audition?

Armed with her best push-up bra and a bottle of grease, Paris Hilton put the gals on display for a late-night audition yesterday.

A few days earlier, cameras caught the workin’ girl showin’ off her own line of hair extensions outside of her Malibu pad.

    Edited TMZ

Another website reported that it was for a movie audition. TMZ didn’t say what it was for, but I have a feeling that it’s for some movie or TV show?

It might also be for the music tour. Auditions were held for her to pick her dancers last year, so I’m not sure.

Damn these news reports, they never go into details when something important happens, meaning something we consider important.

MSN UK Reports On Paris Hilton’s Music Career

Exactly one news network decided to make a short video report about Paris Hilton’s recent singing lessons and about her music career overall. And that, my friends, came from the UK.

This report mentions that Paris managed to sell over 600 000 copies of her debut album, but they probably got that number from Wikipedia.

At the end of the video, there’s a short message about her “rival” Lily Allen. In a recent interview, Lily said that she likes Paris, but that she also find her “hideous.” This is the same silly girl who said a few months ago that every fan who bought Paris’ album should be killed.

    Check out the video:

A year after she released her first album, hotel heiress Paris Hilton has been spotted having singing lessons.

Actress Christine Lakin Writes About Paris Hilton On Her MySpace

I finished the THE HOTTIE AND THE NOTTIE movie and they are editing it together and excitedly getting ready to shop it around. It stars myself, opposite Paris Hilton and Joel Moore. I play a seriously ugly chick (aka The Nottie) who has bad skin, balding hairline, moles, snaggletooth, facial hair and a unibrow. Oh and an infected toenail. (check out of the pics on my page for accuracy to that comment) Paris plays the Hottie, duh, and she won’t date until she finds somone for me. Enter Joel Moore. The guy is funny. Even though he picks his nose. What? It’s true. Check him out in Dodgeball. We saw an early cut of the movie and I almost wet my pants. I look like a cavewoman. Don’t worry- I get progressively better but it’s pretty insane. While I’m sort of on the subject, I am going to go ahead and air my thoughts on the Paris issue. Enough people have asked me and whether you care or not… well, read this part or skip it. When I started Hottie and the Nottie, to be honest I didn’t know what to expect. I’ve worked with a lot of “Hollywood” types and Im usually pretty unimpressed by their attitudes or sense of entitlement so I just sort of do my thing and leave them alone… which I was prepared for. But Paris suprised me- she could not have been MORE gracious, kind, generous, inclusive or hard working. She went to a well renowned acting coach for 2 weeks before we started the movie, asked me to rehearse with her and took me to dinner one night just to get to know me. That’s more than I can say for anyone I’ve ever worked with. She worked damn hard on this movie and whether you care for her or not, the notion that she does nothing in life or is stuck up is just plain untrue. Case in point: she jumped out of our transpo van after filming all day on a freezing cliff so three little girls could have their picture taken with her. There were no paparazzi around. She wasn’t doing it for attention. She did it because she knew it would make those little girls’ day. As far as her legal issues go- all I have to say is this: let’s all remember we are not perfect people. We have all done things life- in college or whenever- that we would probably like to readily forget. Luckily we haven’t all been photographed at the lowest points in our lives. It doesn’t mean we dont deserve consequences for our actions, but we also haven’t had the world watching and judging. Take a breath people. You don’t ever know a situation or a person until you REALLY know them… I think we as a society love to tear people down… maybe because it makes us feel better about ourselves, maybe because we are bored, I don’t know. But I think we have to remember those people in the spotlight are people too.. with families and grandmas and siblings… anyway, that’s my piece.

Video Of Paris Hilton Being Social

Well, the “New Paris” never said she’d stop being social, but she certainly seems to have come back with a bang! Paris (chauffered in a black SUV) partied at Teddy’s and Les Deux with sister Nicky and some girlfriends Friday night. After the club closed, the girls went to a private party in the hills until 4am! Maybe she and her pals were just sitting around doing bible study until 4am – after all, she really isn’t a big drinker!

Kathy Griffin: I Am A Paris Hilton Hater

Kathy Griffin officially declares herself as a Paris Hilton bigot (and always has been)

“Pursuing the Paris Hilton interview was a bad call,” Griffin says of Barbara Walters’s ultimately unsuccessful efforts to land Hilton’s first post-jail interview last month. “It’s just another chapter in the dumbing-down of America, and Barbara’s someone who’s interviewed every head of state and every president.

“I know that the ratings for Larry King were good, but believe me, I guarantee that the next one-on-one sitdown with Paris Hilton will be a bust. We all saw it, it was boring, she’s a moron and a liar — people see through that.”

Americans, in fact, want to discuss weightier issues than Hilton’s self-made messes-something proven by O’Donnell, whose fiery stint on “The View” significantly boosted ratings.

Very smart Kathy! That’s all you have to say about the inteview? Another splendid example of how a hater thinks.

Watch this woman! I saw her digusting attitude towards Paris when she was a guest on The View. She’s not like other hosts; she’s more of a hardcore hater who is full of herself.
