Judge Refused To See The Medical Evidence

What the media is barely reporting!

The normally polished Hilton was disheveled when she arrived at the courtroom, in handcuffs and weeping.

Her body shook constantly as she dabbed at her eyes. Several times she turned to her parents who were seated behind her in the courtroom and mouthed the words, “I love you.”

During the hearing, Hilton’s attorney, Richard Hutton, asked Sauer to hold a closed-door hearing on Hilton’s medical condition or to conduct an independent assessment.

Sauer denied both requests and ordered Hilton back behind bars.

“The defendant is remanded to L.A. County jail,” he said. “The order is final and forthwith.”

The hearing had been requested by the City Attorney’s Office, which had prosecuted Hilton and wanted Baca held in contempt of court for releasing the heiress despite Sauer’s handwritten order that she not be given house arrest.

“This decision sends the message that no individual, no matter how wealthy or powerful, is above the law,” City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo said in a statement after the ruling. “Today, justice was served.”

X17 Goes Against “Judge” Michael T. Sauer

Judge Michael T. Sauer is making a mockery of the legal system, in my opinion. Oh, and remind me NOT to vote for LA City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo who congratulated Judge Sauer on his decision to send Paris back to jail to server the remainder of her original 45-day sentence. WTF!? This girl does NOT need to be locked up; she is NOT a threat to society; and she’s do a lot more good volunteering her time to the city or to the community than she would sitting a jail where they’re unequiped to properly protect her and where our tax dollars are being thrown out the window.

And let’s take a look at Judge Sauer’s past — he unsuccessfully argued a famous First Amendment case, Cohen v. California, back in 1971. Sauer argued that a guy walking into an LA courthouse wearing a jacket with the words “F*ck the Draft” on it was disturbing the peace and that it was “behavior which has a tendency to provoke others to acts of violence.” Attorney Melville Nimmer (who wrote the bible of copyright law – Nimmer on Copyright), crushed Sauer’s argument in front of the Supreme Court (thank god), and Sauer retreated to the second most important case of his career, deciding Paris Hilton’s fate — and OH what a job he’s done with this one!

Open Letter From One Of Paris Hilton’s Friends

The following is a letter from one of Paris Hilton’s best friends:

I would like to address the media regarding one of my dearest friends, Paris Hilton. I have been by her side up until she turned herself over to authorities and the last 24 hours since being put on probation. I was also
in the courtroom [yesterday] and saw a judge hand down a sentence that NO ONE in an even remotely similar position would receive!

Sheriff Baca is coming from a place of knowledge with regard to his prisons and his prisoners well-being. We should trust in him. He is a stand up man who was voted into office. He was not being generous. He was being practical and just, and speaking from years of experience on the front lines of L.A. justice. It’s clear as day that her stay has impacted her greatly.

She is a forever changed woman.

The MTV Movie Awards was merely a diversion to be able to surrender in privacy and not stir up any commotion. PERIOD. Jail was on her mind, NOT a celebration!

Also, I would like to set the record straight that there was no party in motion for this weekend. When she was released she was still very upset, to the point of being physically ill — and partying was the furthest thing from her mind. She is a loving and sweet soul with a big heart whose character has been misjudged because she was born into a family of wealth and, yes privilege. Now, I ask you to please stop for a moment and try to analyze why it is that you are so troubled by her?

Surely there is a more just way that she can atone for what she has done and not for who she is.

Lawyer Robert Shapiro: Paris Hilton Is Treated Unfairly

1.Please send this video to everyone you know. This speaks the truth about Paris Hilton’s unfair treatment. This is proof that a malevolent hateful force is behind all of this issue. Any high-profile person (Judge Michael T. Sauer or Attorney Rocky Delgadillo for example) who tells you this is the punishment that Paris deserves, is LYING to you (whether your a fan or not) and is an EVIL man who is taking advantage of this malevolent force. Paris Hilton is NOT being treated fairly as anyone else would be REGARDLESS of what she did or say prior to today’s incident.

    2. Be sure to read a very important letter that I received from a woman named “Les.” I’m assuming she is a close associate of Paris (?).
Letter: The Other Side Of The Coin

This video explains to you exactly why Paris was shaking and crying during the whole hearing.

Friend: Paris Hilton Has Claustrophobic: Creditable Source

E! Online’s Planet Gossip co-host Tina Dirmann has learned exclusively from a close friend of Paris Hilton that the heiress considers herself claustrophobic.

The friend explained to Dirmann Paris’ fear of enclosed spaces often throws her into a panic.

“It’s not surprising to me that she was melting down because she was cooped up in a tiny cell 23 hours a day. When I heard that, I knew that would happen. I know her well enough to know she must have been flipping out. That’s what happens to her. She can’t breath, her heart races and she feels like she’s going to pass out! I knew it would be bad for her.”

Paris’ friend continued to say he was even on a shopping trip out with Paris two years ago when she began melting down.

“We were in the store, and she just starting saying, ‘I’ve got to get out of here. I’m going to nose dive!’ Her hands were shaking and she said she felt dizzy, like she was going to black out or something.”

Afterward, the friend said Paris told him she is very afraid of enclosed spaces, and it sometimes causes her to “freak out” when she feels too closed in.
