Kim Kardashian: Paris Hilton “Doesn’t Deserve Any of This”

TMZ has obtained a statement from Paris Hilton’s longtime friend, asstastic socialite Kim Kardashian:

“I really think this is unfair! I feel this is not just unfair, it’s pure craziness. She doesn’t deserve any of this!

My heart is aching for her!”

Sheriff Baca: “This Lady Has Severe Problems”

L.A. County Sheriff Lee Baca claims there was simply no room at his jail for a “low-level offender” like Paris Hilton — and her “severe” medical problems were only getting worse.

In a statement to the press, Baca said, “There’s 20,000 inmates — the largest jail system in the United States … It’s very overcrowded.”

According to Baca, 90% of the inmates in L.A. County jail are serious felons — many held on murder charges or attempted murder charges. Paris was one of the “low level” offenders — who usually serve 10% of their sentences.

Baca also said that he reassigned Hilton based on “her severe medical problems,” and confirmed TMZ’s original story that her condition was mental. Baca said that her “increasingly deteriorating problems” were evaluated and added, “This lady has some severe problems.”

Baca added that she was medicated when she originally entered the jail system … and “I can’t trust her tenuous status,” referring to her mental state. “She had a severe problem,” said Baca, “I need more cooperation from the courts and form the city attorney’s office.”

For now, Baca says he will comply with the court order and keep her behind bars — “If there’s any further deterioration, hopefully we’ll be able to address it.”

    Paris Hilton Will Be Back

Doesn’t matter how things turn out. “Gossip experts” agree that what we have witnessed today will only double her fame and fees.

However, at this point, I really don’t want to go again into the whole debate of whether or not, Paris is being treated fairly for her probation violation. I think what we and the media need to be worried about is first and foremost her health.

We need to hear some sort of confirmation that she is doing fine and that we’re not losing her. The media is simply not reporting about Paris’ condition, or at least, not taking it seriously.

I am absolutely heartbroken at how she was treated today. Did you read the eye-witness article I just posted? Is the going-back-to-jail news more important than Paris’ health?

Is there anyone out there in the media who can take this problem seriously? Everyone wants a piece of Paris, but this is destroying her. And it is not a joking or laughing matter. Paris is very ill.

I really look foward to the day when Paris is released again in good health. And I will do my best to inform every person/hater who is interested in learning this great Paris Hilton world we once had.

I am very worried about Paris as many fans are, and I hope that people understand that despite what she did, she needs a break!

    Describing Paris Hilton In Courtroom

    Straight from a witness

This is a rush transcript from “Studio B with Shepard Smith,” June 8, 2007. This copy may not be in its final form and may be updated.

SHEPARD SMITH, HOST OF “STUDIO B”: Greta Van Susteren just getting out of the courtroom. Greta, lay it on me!

GRETA VAN SUSTEREN, HOST OF “ON THE RECORD”: Boy Shep, it sure was different sitting there about two feet from Paris Hilton because…

    SMITH: Two feet from Paris!

VAN SUSTEREN: Yea, what was painfully obvious… is this woman is there is something not quite right. She is a sick woman. I have no idea what the problem is, but certainly someone need to take a look at her.

    SMITH: For real?

VAN SUSTEREN: She sort of has a tick and shakes. We were all kind of commenting, the media, we were stunned on how troubled and sick she was. Look there is clearly something she needs medical attention, I don’t know what it is, but she certainly needs a lay person who would observe that she needs medical attention. Hopefully the judge can get her that in the jail.

She turned around three times during the hearing and mouthed to her mother who was a foot and a half right across the isle from me “I love you.” Her mother and father have been married for 30 years — which is unusual by California standards, I might add — they were holding hands the whole time in the court room.

Look, you know, it is so easy to be sort of cavalier about this but when you are in the courtroom and you really see what is going on in these peoples’ lives it is a realty serious offense. I also recognize that this is a medical condition, but even more importantly the sheriff went about this the wrong way if the sheriff wanted to change things he should have simply went to the judge. The judge would have considered it he wants to do the right thing. But then instead the sheriff wanted to act like judge like god and make the decision on his own. The judge I actually feel bad for he said he had gotten a call on Wednesday saying that something would be filed some medical papers to him so he could make a decision and instead he was essentially blown off by the sheriff’s department made its own decision.

Now the judge is also annoyed that Paris Hilton didn’t show up on time this morning. He was critical of the fact that apparently TMZ.com was reporting that Paris could be by phone. But let me set the record straight: The reason why everyone thought that it was going to be a phone conference and she wouldn’t be there is because at 7:10 in the morning we were standing there and the sheriff’s department us that Paris would not be there, but that it would be by phone. So it wasn’t the media going crazy. We got this information directly from the deputy — I was a half-a-foot from him when he told us that.

So the whole situation obviously needs to get sorted out. She needs to get a good medical diagnosis. There’s something… she shakes, she twitches, she quivers. There’s something wrong with her.

SMITH: Think she was on something?

VAN SUSTEREN: Yeah, and I’ve got all sorts of speculation, but everyone knows I’ve got a law degree, I don’t have a medical degree.

    SMITH: Speculate. Come on!

VAN SUSTEREN: No, no. There’s something… look, I’ll do like a lay person. A lay person in court can say someone was drunk and you can talk about your observations. She wasn’t drunk. But I can make an observation that this woman… there’s something… she’s sick. There’s something wrong with her. I don’t know what it is and I’m certainly not equipped to make that determination. But I feel that I can make the determination that this is… this is a woman who needs some medical attention.

And Shep, as an aside, if she showed up on my doorstep, the first thing I’d do is take her to a doctor.

The Media Is Not Specifying Paris Hilton’s Health Issues

The media is obsessed with equality, but always miss extremely important points.

Ok, guys. Let’s take a break.

I’ve been watching the media all day and the way they have been reporting this news. They are hyprocrites. I mean many of the news anchors and commentators. They are obsessed by Paris Hilton (like we are) and have been out of control.

Many of the commentators are really not addressing the important issues. Oh yes, they’re very obsessed with “equality” and believe that everyone should be treated equally.

Now there’s nothing wrong with that, of course, but what almost of them don’t understand is that Paris, in fact, can’t be treated equality. Sure, we all want to be treated equality, but you have to understand that Paris is a celebrity (someone big), not “nobody.”

And I believe it is because of them and because the attention that Paris is going through all of this. They scream “equality,” but they don’t understand that Paris needs some different sort of “special treatment” because of who she is.

Is it possible that Paris was going through a serious nervous breakdown? Yes! And that may have been because of who she is. That’s the way I see it. And we don’t want Paris to go crazy. She is not a murder or an evil person for Christ’s sake!

So the fan camp and hate camp are arguing with each other, but they don’t realize that each of them are saying stuffs that aren’t relevant, especially the hate camp, and this is destroying her, or in order words, the “rich” camp or the “celebrity” camp.

I’ve been hearing a lot of disgusting comments and laughter in the media, and many false facts. In fact, this is the first time I’ve seriously followed a Paris Hilton case by watching the TV network media, and I am telling you, the people who comment don’t really know what they’re saying, mainly because they don’t understand Paris Hilton they way we do and are only assuming. I’m sick of hearing the “spoiled” and “narcissistic” arguments. Look at other heirs and heiresses for once.

I have a lot more to say about the media, but I keep on forgetting what I want to say… Basically, I think that this is causing Paris a lot of pain, serious and damaging pain. It is clearly affecting her medical health, and I truly hope that she gets this problem fixed as soon as possible.

Paris must be punished, but from what I’ve seen so far, it is absolutely terrible the way they are treating her at the moment.

The Paris Hilton world is in danger. Paris is in danger. Pray to God that she gets fine soon!

Paris Hilton Will Spend Weekend In Medical Jail

    BREAKING NEWS

Paris Hilton will probably spend the weekend in a medical ward at the jail facility where she surrendered Sunday night, referred to as Twin Towers.

We’re told the plans will firm up within an hour. Hilton will stay there over the weekend, when her lawyer will file an appeal, called a writ of habeas corpus, which means, essentially, the body is being held illegally.
