Confirmed: Paris Hilton Must Go Back To Jail

Paris Hilton was just ordered back to jail in Lynwood to serve out the remainder of her sentence! She’ll get credit for at least 5 days already served.

Hilton left the courtroom in tears, screaming, “Mom, Mom, Mom.” Hilton was also heard saying “It’s not right.”

One witness described the scene as: Paris was “physically escorted” out of the courtroom by a female deputy.

Hilton’s mother was later seen pacing the hallways, telling reporters, “I’m paralyzed right now.” Paris’ father Rick is still in the courtroom.

A Sheriff inside the courtroom tells TMZ that officers are taking Hilton straight from the courtroom to Lynwood. No timetable has been set on her departure.

    Judge Sauer Gets TMZ’d

TMZ was all the talk in open court today.

Judge Sauer said, “I heard Harvey Levin on the radio on 710 this morning,” discussing that Paris would testify by phone. The judge said he had been unaware that this plan was brewing. Paris’ lawyer, Richard Hutton, also said he heard the news from TMZ.

The judge then said he saw the story on TMZ with the headline, “Get Your Ass To Court.”

The judge said no one had agreed to telephone testimony. For the record, the court spokesperson told TMZ the testimony would be given by phone.

The judge, whom TMZ has trashed for handing down a 45-day sentence, said, “That tells you about the reputation of some news agencies. Not FOX news, but TMZ.”

The judge then said, “Enough of Harvey Levin for the day.”

Judge to Sheriff — I Was Sandbagged

Here’s what’s going down in court right now:

Judge Michael Sauer said that before Paris was released, he was contacted by the Sheriff and told they would file a motion to place Paris under house arrest. The judge said the motion was never filed, and added, “There’s no way I would have approved it even if I got the motion.”

The prosecutor, Dan Jeffries, who is also pissed at the Sheriff, accused the Sheriff of “assuming all three roles of the criminal justice system,” claiming “Sheriff Lee Baca is interpreting the law all by himself.”

    Awaiting For Paris Hilton’s Fate

    Developing Story…

Kathy Hilton: ‘It’s In God’s Hands Now’

This is without a doubt the biggest Paris Hilton day I’ve ever witnessed. The media has been covering it for hours with barely any break.

And what we often forget is how Paris is feeling at the moment. It is absolutely a sad day for her and perhaps for her fans as well. At this point, we can only speculate about what exactly happened in the jail and everything. I can’t confirm many important claims.

The release of today’s “Extra Paris” files are postponed due to this breaking story. We don’t know what is happening in that L.A. court at the moment, but we will certainly hear more about it in couple of hours with a press conference hopefully.

    Stay tuned.
