Breaking News: ParisExposed.com Shut Down And Illegal!

     Straight from TMZ.com

TMZ has learned that a federal judge has issued a temporary restraining order Friday, prohibiting the distribution of Paris Hilton’s lurid belongings — at least, many of them.

Bardia Persa purchased a storage bin full of Hilton’s stuff from a third party after it went unpaid and the storage company auctioned her belongings off for $2,775. The people who bought Paris’ belongings sold it to Persa for a reported $10 million. Persa then allegedly created ParisExposed.com, a subscription site which is burning up the Internet.

The belongings reportedly include shocking photos and tapes, including evidence of drug use and graphic sex. There is also highly sensitive medical information.

Friday’s injunction prohibits Persa from temporarily peddling Paris’ health information, social security number, phone numbers, addresses, banking and financial information and “photographs, videos, and writings depicting Plaintiff in a sexual manner not previously exposed to public viewing.” The injunction also prohibits Persa from peddling Paris’ “name, voice, photograph, or likeness in connection with any website, whether under the domain www.parisexposed.net or otherwise, in connection with the offer or sale of any good (sic) or service without Plaintiff’s consent.”

Hilton’s high-powered celebrity lawyer, Howard Weitzman, filed suit against Persa for copyright infringement and invasion of privacy. Persa has been ordered into court on February 16, to explain why the injunction should not be extended.

ParisHiltonSite.net Predicts A Growth Of Craziness In The Future

In the near future, it’s very likely that the words used against Paris Hilton will be much more vicious. A lot of people will misunderstand Paris and call her all sorts of names until she comes out in public and renews herself with a new project.

ParisExposed.com helped her gain more bad publicity, but ultimately, it will spread more lies about her. We know for a fact that Paris has/had herpes, but we don’t know how she catched it. Haters will assume, and they think that she sleeps with some random guys. Many of them actually think that she had slept with more than one guy in the videos that were released by ParisExposed.com. They don’t even know who Jason Shaw was.

They even think that Paris makes sex tapes and publishes them or something. They say “aren’t Paris and her parents ashamed of that?,” but of course, they don’t understand that they weren’t suppose to be out in public in the first place. Listen, have you ever heard Rick Solomon, the main money-making promoter, being criticized by haters and the media?

A good portion of them also believe that Paris had an abortion. They don’t understand the term miscarriage and they think it’s an abortion even though that has been cleared out.

Seeing her taking a tiny amount of cocaine and snorting it is actually a fact and isn’t approved by her fans. However, she doesn’t seem to be in danger of overdoing drugs. And it’s highly possible that she doesn’t do them as much as she used to because we KNOW Paris used to be wild when she was younger. There’s no question about that. Besides, we haven’t seen her with cocaine in recent years since she became famous. Cigarettes and pot are also bad things, but they aren’t extreme for the public.

The racism issue is another aspect that will be wrongfully emphasized on. Even if you think Paris is a racist, the fact is that she never said she is, and on top of that, she said many times in the past that she isn’t. The girl has went as far as French kissing a Black guy in House of Wax. But the haters will still insist that she’s a hardcore racist. Even if she has the slightest bad opinion about a certain race, have you ever seen her discriminate or directly say something bad against an ethnic group? These questions are meant to make you question your believes and the things you hear. Maybe you think Indians smell bad, but that doesn’t automatically mean you hate or are racist against them, even if some of them consider it an insult. Also, using the N word doesn’t necessarily make you a racist.

Well, that’s what ParisHiltonSite.net predicts for the future: a huge increase of craziness, lies and hypocrisy. The fans don’t need to pay much attention to these overexagerated attacks, and they should mostly think of today’s Paris because there is a remarkable difference between today’s and yesturday’s Paris before she became famous and started taking her life seriously like Nicole Richie.

This is the point of view of a fan and an article of ParisHiltonSite.net.

How Many Members Does ParisExposed.com Have?

Now that the website is getting sued and eventually, shut down, more information is leaking out, and it’s also time to analyse its content. Well, maybe, this is no secret information, but we now have learned that ParisExposed.com has about 10 000 subscribed members. That is much less than what most people expected it to be. Remember that the person who runs the website, entrepreneur Bardia Persa, bought the content for $10 million, but perhaps, he’s not likely to break a record. In addition, at the current rate, there are about 12 individuals who join ParisExposed.com every 10 minutes.

Actually, it turns out that the majority of the people who registered to his website, mainly paid 40$ to watch Paris’ so-called “sex tapes.” But of course, now we know there is no new “sex tape” on the website, and a lot of members are very frustrated and feel robbed because of this.

Here are a couple of angry comments that be found on the website:

    01.26.07
“this site is fucking robery where are all the goddamn sex tapes you fucking pieces of shit”
    uneex, e.elmhurst, New York

    01.30.07
“It would have been simpler to just flush my $40 down the toilet. What a waste.”
    skyboss, cedar rapids, Iowa

    01.27.07
“This site was advertised with new sex vids and I havent seen any! this is not a sex vid”
    parisexposed, berkeley, California

    01.27.07
“Advice for anyone considering paying for this site…………..take $40 out of your wallet, light it on fire, walk away. You’re welcome.”

ParisExposed.com Officially Sued By Paris Hilton; Nicole Shows Support

    Paris Hilton, Frontpage on CNN.com!

    • Paris Hilton sues Web site displaying personal items
    • Items were at storage facility, then purchased at auction
    • Hilton: “Appalled” people “exploiting” items for financial gain

    Suit

    • Compensatory and punitive damages
    • Publishing Paris’ private belongings for commercial purposes is a violation of Federal Copyright laws
    • A violation of Paris’ right to privacy
    • A restraining order against owner
    • An injunction against the website

“The single most egregious and reprehensible invasions of privacy ever committed against an individual.” – Paris Hilton

She doesn’t spend her time suing every liar in the media, but according to her, ParisExposed deserves one.

Paris Hilton filed a federal lawsuit Monday, seeking to shut down a Web site that displays personal photos, videos, diaries, and other belongings once kept at a storage facility.

The Web site was launched last week claiming the items were auctioned off after Hilton neglected to pay the Los Angeles-area storage facility. It also promises visitors who pay a fee of $39.97 access to Hilton’s passport, medical records and other legal documents.

In her lawsuit, Hilton said she put her possessions in storage two years ago when she and her sister, Nicky, moved out of a house that had been burglarized.

The 25-year-old heiress said a moving company was supposed to pay the storage fees and was “shocked and surprised” to learn her belongings were sold at a public auction.

“I was appalled to learn that people are exploiting my and my sisters’ private personal belongings for commercial gain,” Hilton said in a declaration supporting the lawsuit, adding she was concerned the information could be used for identity theft or harassment.

The lawsuit alleges defendants Nabil and Nabila Haniss paid $2,775 for the contents of the storage unit and later sold the items for $10 million to entrepreneur Bardia Persa, who created the site.

Phone numbers for Nabil and Nabila Haniss of Culver City could not be located. Persa did not immediately respond to an e-mail Monday seeking comment.

Hilton’s publicist Elliot Mintz said that she would like the site shut down and “would like all of these items returned to her.”

On Monday, Paris was seen hanging out with Nicole Richie at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills. Although, she still didn’t say a word to paparazzi, her publicist told TMZ that she’s “deeply hurt.”

Paris Hilton Is Stronger Than ParisExposed.com

Sure, it was a huge embarrassment to have witnessed all her private belongings end up on the internet, thanks to ParisExposed.com, but it seems that Paris won’t let the people behind the scandal stop her work.

Maybe, perhaps, ParisExposed wasn’t what we all expected to be since most of her fans still stand behind her, and because the things that came out of ParisExposed weren’t as outrageous and humiliating as the previous major event she suffered back in 2003. Well, maybe except, for the herpes and drug revelation.

Paris was seen yesturday working and doing photo shoots for Fila Korea – new 2007 model. The shoot was also intended to portray Paris’ life by making her shop and drive with her actual cars, Bentley and Range Rover.

As for ParisExposed.com, well, as you know the storm has calmed down a lot since the past 24 hours, but it is expected to make another strong come back soon, no doubt. It still continues to run and to make money, but they have yet to add new shocking content.

No words yet on the lawsuit as of Monday.

New Paris Hilton song leaked; ParisExposed.com still online

A new unreleased song has been leaked from ParisExposed.com. This is actually a demo that was produced and recorded in early 2000s while she was taking vocal courses. However, it wasn’t intended to be released to the public. Most Paris fans have been dying to hear something new from her music collection, so finally, here’s a new song!

Note that since the song has no name, we’ve decided to call it “What You Do To Me.”

Download Paris Hilton – What You Do To Me.mp3

    Enjoy!

[If you want to post the song on your website, you can use our link. But if you want to host it on your own server, please add a link to my website next to it (ParisHiltonSite.net). You can change the file name also.]

In other news, ParisExposed.com has been going up and down. It seems that the server isn’t stable anymore and can’t be accessed by everyone. There’s still no word as to whether or not, Paris’ lawyers will take them to court. We still have to hear an official statment from her publicist.

Meanwhile, here are a couple of interesting pictures.

    ParisExposed.com’s Stats; More Pictures Leaked

Pictures have been leaked from ParisExposed.com. Many of them show Paris either very drunk or high. Even though, this website is intended to expose Paris Hilton, they are invading the privacy of many other celebrities.

It is so private that one of the pictures is exposing Mischa Barton’s boyfriend, Cisco Adler, completely naked from top to bottom. So it’s not only Paris, but it’s also her friends such as Nicole Richie and associates who are suffering and being embarrassed at the moment.

Here are also exclusive images from ParisHiltonSite.net showing the amount of traffic and bandwidth ParisExposed.com has been sucking. Note that more than a million people have visited the website within a week. And 2847.60 GB has been used so far. That’s really crazy.

It’s also worth to note that the popularity of the website is declining, and that it reached its traffic peak on the 25th January.

Finally, a few members who have had access to ParisExposed’s content in the past at GFY.com are assuring us that there are A LOT more materials that still haven’t been released. This is particulary true because every month they will be adding more items as they digitize every one of them. This is why they must be stopped because they will do more damage. Hopefully, Paris’ lawyers will somehow bring it down.

    Here’s the guy’s message:

More than 6 months ago I met with the attorney representing the people selling the contents of the locker. They had bought the contents of the locker at a blind auction.

You know when people don’t pay their storage fees the companies auction their shit off? These people hit the jackpot and didn’t know what to do!

They sat on it for a while. Didn’t say anything to anyone. They tried to figure out what their best move would be. They sold of some of the “valuables” but nothing that was notably “personal items”.

They legal owned ALL of Paris’ personal items but didn’t LEGALLY have the “rights of publicity” or didn’t want to take the risk to put it out themselves like this guy who bought it did.

They wanted a ridiculously silly amount of money.

I sat in a room and looked through anything I wanted to. The attorney gave me free reign. There were diaries, a computer with TONS of pictures of Paris partying all over the world from LA to St. Tropez. There was a box with what seemed to have 100 undeveloped “throwaway cameras”. HOURS of digital video tapes. All the shit you see in this trailer and WAY more!

It was crazy sitting there and reading her diaries and watching her in bed with her boyfriend acting goofy and fucking around. There was a bunch of nudity in the pics and vids. There were medical records … literally her whole life up until that point.

Everything this site says it has was in this lawyer’s office in LA in a HUGE conference room.

I shopped it around to a few people. Nobody wanted to touch it. NOBODY wanted to PAY what they were asking but moreso they figured the site would get shut down at the processing or hosting level after a few days or weeks and they’d have to keep dancing.

Funny enough, one of the guys I pitched it to told me he was approached by someone else as recently as the LA Webmaster Access Show.

I don’t know who this Bardia Persa guy is or who they ended up selling it to. Could it be Atherton? Sure. Several people think so. Who knows? Not me. I do wish Atherton would send me my 80K from 2003 – that would be nice!

Finally, it’s been reported that Paris wrote a respond to ParisExposed and that it was posted on Stavros’ myspace, but there’s no way of proving whether or not it was real. Paris has only one myspace and that is myspace.com/parishilton, but either way, she doesn’t control that. Just take it with a grain of salt if you ever come across it even though, its text appears to contain certain true facts.
