Paris Hilton posts a #WakeUpCall selfie for Syrian children

Paris Hilton and other celebrities have posted #WakeUpCall selfies on Twitter in an effort to raise money and awareness for Syrian children through Unicef.

That’s a picture of Paris Hilton without make up or eyelashes! Syrian children are caught in the middle of a proxy war between superpowers (from which ISIS was born). I’m part Syrian, so I know what’s happening there. What we hear from the Western media is a false portrayal of the Syrian conflict.

So glad to see that Paris and other celebs are trying to help.

Of course, no one person can do it all in a conflict of such magnitude.
Entire countries need to work together to get this resolved.
