Paris Hilton’s lawyer, Richard Hutton, Speaks Out

The audio/video associated with this article is unavailable.

She’s stuck in solitary confinement with only one hour of free time a day, but so far, Paris Hilton is being described as a “polite and gracious” prisoner. That’s hot!

In a statement outside the Los Angeles jail where the heiress is being held, Hilton’s lawyer, Richard Hutton, told the media that Paris is “doing very well under the circumstances.” But the circumstances, according to Hutton, are pretty harsh.

According to Hutton, Paris was forced into a 100-sq. ft. “administrative segregation” (a fancy word for solitary confinement) cell because of her celebrity status. She’s only allowed out of her tiny cell for one hour a day to “be in the module, take a shower and talk on the phone.”

Hutton also said that his client’s stealthy, late-night surrender was Hilton’s idea, adding that “Paris didn’t want to make a media circus out of the event. She just wanted to quietly start serving her time.”

Hutton added that Paris will be doing a fair amount of self-reflection during her time in the clink, because “she wants to change the attitudes that exist about her.” Good luck, Ms. Hilton.

I am just a Louisiana woman that noticed something about this recent case that needs to be addressed!! I would like to see her attorney announce a public defamation suit against
Mr. Al Sharpton. With everyone pilling up against her this last time, Al Sharpton had no business seeing it “his way”. That made the public including myself for awhile see that this is discriminatioon and defamation 100%. As he put it in an article, “I think that it’s both another glaring display of how race and money seem to get different treatments. There seems to be a different criminal justice system for some than others,” Sharpton said. I think his national policing against the caucasion culture needs to stop!!! I just do not know where it ends. He had no business publicly announcing that!!
I think that a suit against him would bring back her name in a highly positive way!! If I had the money, I would like to fly over there and tell her how being highly positive and fighting positively against perpetrator’s like Al Sharpton could be the best thing for her and her name!!! Hope to see Paris out soon!!

Sincerely DC–annonymous for understandable reasons!!

I’ve made your comments anonymous, as you asked.

I didn’t know who this guy was until I heard him boldly speak against Paris. Personally, I just felt that he was picking on a White, rich girl like Paris judging from the way he was talking, and it made me sick.
