Paris, Not France to be aired on MTV this summer!

Breaking News!

According to a few reliable sources, MTV has acquired the rights to air Adria Petty’s “Paris, Not France”!

A date hasn’t been set up yet, but Access Hollywood reported that the highly anticipated documentary will air this summer on MTV.

RiskyBusinessBlog.com also states that it was “originally commisioned as an add-on to a music video DVD, but “the project grew into a 78-minute feature after Petty realized she had a lot more footage than she initially planned.”

The “music video DVD” refers to Paris CD/DVD’s Music Special documentary? So I’m assuming that all that extra footage was filmed for the Music Special, which is no doubt the best Paris Hilton documentary we have so far!

Moreover, Guardian.co.uk reported that Paris is planning to promote the documentary in Cannes this week, although I’m not sure if it’s true.

Yay! Been waiting ages for this!

I think it will do what For The Record did for Britney last year; help everyone realize there’s a real human in there underneath it all!

Lots of peoples opinions on Britney changed after For The Record, so I really hope Paris, Not France has the same effect for Paris!
