Premiere episode of “The World According to Paris” played at the wrong time?

(Updated)

According to Paris Hilton, the programmers at Oxygen messed up the airing of the premiere episode of “The World According to Paris.” Instead of airing the episode at 10pm, they aired it at 7pm in West Coast. For this reason, many West Coast fans didn’t get the chance to see it.

A lot of people on Twitter seem to be saying that that’s what happened, which I think explains a lot. No wonder the show got such low ratings, Oxygen/DirecTV messed up and a ton of people didn’t get to watch it. Hopefully next week things will be sorted out and the show will get all the ratings it deserves 🙂

Yeah, that’s what I was thinking. It is strange though. No one in the media even bother reporting it. Sometimes, Paris has the worst luck, seriously!

Thank God for that. It didn’t seem right that it got such low ratings. It’ll be interesting to see the numbers next week. Poor Paris. I mean, I’m not not 100% with the show but those ratings were not right. So, majority of California didn’t get to see the show? I’d assume she’d have a bigger following there. I hope atleast some of the media reports this :/ Doubtful though.

Oh yeah, Paris’ biggest fan base is definitely in California. If this had any effect on the ratings, I’d be mad as hell. And this happened because some programmers screwed up the timing… Yikes.

Direct TV aired the show at the wrong times .

Wednesday nights at 10pm is not a real good time slot in my opinion.

But the show is really cute and deserves to do well.
