Vote for Paris Hilton at Webby Awards

This is important, you guys! You must register and vote for Paris Hilton! She is nominated for the “Paris Hilton Responds to McCain Ad” video in the “Individual Short or Episode” category, at the Webby awards.

She is up against four nominees, and is currently in the lead to win an award!

What’s Webby awards?

“Established in 1996, the Webbys are presented by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, a 550-member body of Web experts, business figures and celebrities — including such diverse figures as musicians Beck and “The Simpsons” creator Matt Groening.”

“Academy members select the nominees in each category, as well as the winners. But the online community determines the winners of a People’s Voice award by voting for their favorite nominated work in each category.”

According to CNN, “winners will be announced May 5, with the trophies handed out June 8 at an event in New York City hosted by “Saturday Night Live’s” Seth Meyers.”

You have until April 30th to cast your vote on the Webby People’s Voice website.

You will have to register in order to vote. Yes, it’s a bit annoying, but it only takes 2 minutes. After you signed up, you will receive an activation code by email. You will need to enter the activation code on the website to proceed.

Then, click on “Online Film & Video,” search and click on “Comedy: Individual Short or Episode,” and vote for Paris Hilton! Very simple!

Spread the news everywhere!

I love that video!

As long as you are voting for the webbys, take a look at the Drama Series category. There’s a show, Speedie Date, which is really fantastic.

Good luck Paris!
