Did David Letterman Make Paris Hilton Cry?
Well, we know how clueless David Letterman is about Paris Hilton. During interviews, he always asks popular questions that are not related to what she does 90% of the time. It’s always about fun and fussy questions about boyfriends, partying and restaurants, but never about her music or movies (or barely). However, he doesn’t really appear to be a hater. I like him and he’s funny, anyway!
Now according to outsidethebeltway.com Paris Hilton said she will never again do another interview with him because “Dave started making jokes about jail and asked her how the food was.” Paris played along, but she was mad after the show.
Outsidethebeltway.com quotes a source: “She burst into tears and her people told the Late Show people Paris would never do the show again!”
Take this report with a with grain of salt. It’s most likely NOT true, but we’ll see. Anyway, I think she definitely didn’t cry.

Evidently, that jail thing is a sore point with Paris, and who can blame her. She was railroaded.
Mintz told her she could drive after 30 days if it was work related. The explanation is perfectly reasonable.
So also is the explanation for the family being a few minutes late to court.
A set of unfortunate circumstances combined against her and she had to take the lumps for it.
But it’s water under the bridge now and harping endlessly on the past is just mean.
Letterman probably did not intend to hurt Paris, he is a silly prankster. I’ll watch the show tonight to see what happened.
