“Turn it up”

Just saw on the Good Charlotte website that they will indeed be in Vegas over the 4th oif July weekend.
Guess that means Paris will be there too then.

GC is scheduled to play at the Hard Rock poolside on Sat. 5 July at 9 pm
But I’m thinking that’s probably a limited gig, with people standing or sitting on the lawn.

Usually Paris and Nicky hang out by the pool at The Palms though.

Turn It Up wins!

Jeez, you guys! Aside me, thewaymouth and a few others, you guys don’t seem to be big fans of Fightin’ Over Me. It’s one of the best songs on the album. I say this, even though I can’t stand hip hop!

I always skip Fightin’ Over Me D;
ohhh I feel a bit bad now. haha.
I just dont think its the best song and makes Paris sound a bit vain and self involved. It has a good beat and such it just… I dont think it does her justice like the rest of the album does.

Even though its over my vote would have been for TIU since its my second favourite song. yerrr

It was up on Paris’ MySpace music page from day 1.

I too am not a fan of hip hop but the raps on this song are some the best all time. With all the shit Paris takes, including in songs from rappers, it’s so great to hear street guys praising & fighting over Paris.

I dig all the kicking PI, passionate poetry – “Club dreamin never be the same…” “This nigga all mad cause his chick got took…” “We in the VIP/ Killin the ouncin (cough)/ Whoever ain’t two-steppin is willy bouncin…” “Promised to send her back tomorrow around noon/ Sore loser but a good winner/ Besides that she could use a lil hood in her…”

Paris’ cooing, oohing & ahing, & her singing on it, is so damn sweet & sexy (“Boys boys boys boys…”). PLUS, it has Paris’ bangin introduction to herself: “Welcome to Par-ee!”

C’est dangerous. “Straight swoosh…” Fightin is one of my favs. It’s still “hot to death.”
