Devassa bem loura means

Naughty Blonde

Which is kind of cute for a beer she advertises.

OT – but the word loura is interesting because it is very close to the name of Lorelei, the blonde maiden in germanic mythology.

Devassa = Libertine girl, kind off imoral/slutty girl
Bem = Very/Really
Loura = Blond
Really Blond Libertine Girl, I guess? xD
I’m Portuguese, btw.

Ah well, maybe that’s not a nice word. Probably, they went with “Devassa” because it’s a catchy word, marketing purposes?

As for the ‘very blonde’ thing goes, it’s due the fact that people in Brazil use that term to call the pilsener type of beer, because of it’s bright yellow hue. So, it’s just a pun, since the beer’s name basically means ‘lascivious (girl)’.

Yes, in Portugal we also say “loura” refering to the beer being yellow. xD
