Elliot Mintz has confirmed that Paris Hilton’s Mercedes still belongs to her. My recent post about that was wrong. The car only needed some service.

Here’s X17Online’s update message:

“Paris’ spokesperson Elliot Mintz just cleared up the controversy surrounding the towing of Paris’ Mercedes today. It’s not quite that sexy a story, actually — the car needed service … Hey, even Maclarens break down!”

Also, Elliot doesn’t want to comment further about the jail issue. I don’t think he has much to say about it anyway. The court hearing has been set for April 17.

But if you want to know the latest on this, I recommend you to look at Paris’ latest pictures. If she looks more and more sad, then that means bad news in under way.

Anyway, I don’t believe she’s going to jail. Paris going to jail…? It’s a crazy idea, it’s insane and… stupid, seriously! The whole incident doesn’t even make sense to me.
