Paris Hilton’s Next Big Charity Move

Paris Hilton is one of the three chairs of the September amfAR benefit event to support AIDS research, which will be held at the Puck Building in New York City. The night will bring in a bevy of stars, including Thom Filicia, Tim Gunn, Cynthia Nixon, and Ted Allen. The amfAR Rocks benefit is cochaired by luxury fashion line Rock & Republic’s Michael Ball and Andrea Bernholtz.

Since 1985, amfAR has invested $260 million in its programs and has awarded grants to more than 2,000 research teams worldwide. (The Advocate)

I’m guessing no news on her new album? Ugh, I want new music Paris! Please! It’s been over a year since her debut album. I just hope she finishs her second album and puts it out before Christmas.

I think it’s great for her to do charity. It shows she really cares about other people and you can see she doesn’t “promote”, it’s not something she’s doing to catch some atention. she could say “i changed , I’m doing this and that”, but she doesn’t…
