Repo! The Genetic Opera – Short Trailer Out!

The movie won’t be out until April 2008, but here’s the short trailer. It’s what the crowd at Scream Awards 2007 saw. No doubt, this is definitely a movie worth to watch. It has a very nice setting, and indeed, it kinda reminds me of my favourite movie “Queen of the Damned.” At the beginning, the lady you see walking singing, the camera shooting in certain angle and the background remind a lot of Pandora in a scene. Anyway, you guys have probably no idea what I’m talking about! But who cares, this is amazing, except the logo should’ve been designed a bit better.
It’s exactly how I imagined the movie would look like! So did anyone see Paris? I’m not very good at recognizing people like this.

I’m guessing that maybe one of those 3 slutty looking girls was Paris, and who was that girl with short black hair who threw something to the man in the garbage thing.
And I’m guessing Alexa Vega is the girl singing in this song? Looks good! Can’t wait, (but I hate horror movies 🙁 they scare me!)

In the video Alexa Vega says’s Paris has a lot of choreography and she did a really good job!

Horror movies are my favourite genre. I probably have patience in watching horror movies only.
I don’t think she’s one of them. I think she has a bigger role. I’m not sure.

Also are you sure Amber Sweet is a big role? I never seem to hear about Paris in Repo, only Alexa Vega.
I can’t wait for The Hottie though, romantic comedy’s are my favorite genre.

I think Alexa Vega has a much bigger role than Amber Sweet :). Probably, we will see Paris for 20 min, but I’m really not sure.

The music in this trailer is really good. If they keep this up throughout the movie, it should be a hit. I will buy the soundtrack for sure.

At the endish some girl was being rubbed up on by the creepy looking guy and I think it was Paris, the girl had the same brown/black hair with bangs that Paris wore out in public one night.

Now I’m pretty sure it’s the girl at the end being rubbed up on the wall or the black short haired girl but that doesn’t sound like Paris, it sounds like Alexa Vega.

Paris is shown 4 times I think in this clip.
Obviously, she is the one with the short brown hair.
But also the one with the long black hair in the leather corset type thing. (Making out in the pool of blood, Walking behind two guys where she sings “at the opera tonight”, Up against the wall..)
I also think thats her leg thats getting injected with whatever.
Thats just me though ^^;
On her voice… I think it’s brilliant. On her album it was really nice but it was overly produced and sounded a bit fake… but here it sounds really raw and just full of attitude. I think it’s awesome. I had really high expectations for this film and for Paris in it… I am really eager to see it now.

I can definately see Paris. She has the short black wig. And she is on the beach or whatever. She is also the one in the black corset thing walking with longer black hair. And up against the wall kissing that guy. You get to hear her sing a little bit in the trailer. Looks awesome

Paris is the junkie outside the car. That’s Paris walking the street in black lingerie. & there she is having sex with her back against the wall.
