Domestic sales slightly increased for Paris Hilton’s perfume distributor

Sales for Parlux Fragrances are strong in the United States, but they’ve decreased internationally, due to economic conditions.

Fairy Dust brought in $7.5 million in sales, while Jessica Simpson’s Francy totaled $14.9 million in sales. It would be interesting to know the earnings of last year’s Can Can. Paris hasn’t done a lot of promotional appearances for Fairy Dust.

Fancy is almost doubling Paris’ Fairy Dust sales? That is very interesting… I didn’t think Fancy was fairing well but it seems it’s doing better. All I know is that there are already four girls I know that have Fairy Dust. A lot of them got it for Christmas.

Paris hasn’t been doing the same about of promotion she did for Can Can

With CanCan she did international promotion aswel. CanCan is being sold here in Australia but no sign of Fairy Dust.

I was shocked to see Jessica Simpson’s bringing in that amount. Craaazy. Ohwel, Paris’ numbers are still extremely impressive.

Paris’ Fairy Dust came out only in late October 2008 whereas Jessica’s perfume came out in August 2008 so she has a three month headstart. That Paris still earned around $7.5 million in the last three months of the year is still amazing. Parlux also did not advertise Paris as much as they did Jessica.
