Video: Interview With Paris Hilton At Macy’s

CBS covered Paris Hilton’s promotional visit to Macy’s for Can Can.

Here’s a few quotes from fans:

“We love everything about her. Her clothes, her hair, her handbags, her shoes – even her dog, Tinkerbell.” – Mary Ellen Mullins, 56

“I would just love to spend the day with her. Wake up in the morning and party with her all day and night until she goes to bed at 6 a.m.” Kate Newcomber, 50

“Yeah. She can live a party life. She’s got this mystique about her. She’s a modern-day Marilyn Monroe.” – Rich Rosa, 19

I wish Paris would come to Ohio. I would love to meet her one day. I’m such a huge fan of hers. She’s the best.

Even although I may never meet Paris (and probably wouldn’t know what to say to her, lol!), it’s comforting to know that it does touch her that she’s an inspiration and loved by fans in this way. That’s the effect she’s had on me, along with being a source of comfort, cheer and escapism whenever I need it.

Celebrity debutante cashing in on her “heirloom name?”

People don’t give a shit that she’s a Hilton. They care because she is who she is. The fan is right. She IS an icon. There IS only one Paris. She’s got it. She is it. Paris is what it is. We love her for her & for it.

I’m so very happy that Paris is happy.
She deserves it, after all the hatred jealous lowlives tried to hurl at her.
I can see that Paris is becoming ever more sweet and gracious as she matures.
There will never be another Paris Hilton.

Paris is definitely one of a kind. She’s been in the public spotlight for more than 10 years now and she’s still going strong. Her fashion sense and style are impeccable and always on point. She never copies, but always leads the way in fashion. She is very naturally gifted and talented. I’ve always felt her image with everyone would be better if she focused more on modeling and her fashion lines.

That said, I must admit, if she can keep all the ball in the air with acting and singing too, then more power to her. I can’t wait until next year for both of her movies to come out.

alot of the celebrity news sources and gossip sites keep trying to hype people like the disney brats, duff sisters, hayden panitierre, etc, but i bet none of them will be around in ten years. Most of them are so plain to begin with and they have no sense of individual style. They need a stylist to get out the door every day, not just on special red-carpet occassions. Sure some of them may be pretty, but they are not unique or memorable in any way.

paris is definitely one of a kind, the whole package, stunningly beautiful, gracious, sweet, appropriately driven in her business pursuits. Nothing wrong with any of that or a young woman having fun. She stands on her own two feet, earns her own money, so it’s nobody else’s business how she spends it or what she does.
