Video: Paris Hilton arrives at the Us Weekly’s Hot Hollywood party

It has been reported that Paris Hilton and her co-stars have began filming the new reality TV show.

According to a source close to Brooke Mueller, one of the co-stars: “They’ve been shooting [the show] the past two days since 7 a.m., and she’s up all night with her twin boys, so she doesn’t get much sleep. She was with her sober coach.”
