Why Paris Hilton Was Released Early From Jail

OFFICIAL EXPLANATION

After extensive consultation with Los Angeles County Medical Personnel, including doctors at the Century Regional Detention Facility, it has been determined that Paris Hilton will be reassigned to the community-based alternatives to custody: The CBAC program.

Ms. Hilton has been fitted with an electronic monitoring device and will serve the remainder of her sentence confined to her home. She will now serve the full 45 day sentence. Ms. Hilton has been in custody for five days and therefore will be serving 40 days in the electronic monitoring program under the supervision of the Los Angeles County Probation Department.

Was there ever any doubt that she would not serve anywhere near her 20 some odd days.

No one can tell me she isn’t being given special treatment.

She is so use to be pampered. Give me a break

She is NOT getting special treatment. When the attorney, Mark Geragos, was on “Larry King Live” last month discussing Paris’ jail time he said how NORMAL people don’t serve more than 3 days for this type of thing. She has served FIVE days and then on top of that has to serve house arrest. She is getting worst treatment than a “normal” person would be getting.

That’s the link to the transcript where he says that:

GERAGOS: But if they’re going to be fair, she shouldn’t do more than two or three days, because nobody else is doing more than two or three days on something like this.

Exactly, it’s amazing to see how differently we and haters view this sentence, although haters maybe pretend not to see how unfair the sentence is ALREADY.

Totally. I’ve been on so many other sites since this was announced and it’s funny how differently people can see this thing. The haters are all claiming foul and saying she’s getting special treatment when that couldn’t be further from the truth. It just makes people look ignorant to say those kinda things. She is being treated much worse than you or I would be for the same thing and that sucks and is unfair.

Ther is something to be said about a lesson learned. I bet she said to herself….”I just cant take it anymore here!!!! I wanna go home…and I can!!!!”. .The lesson she could have learned is lost. Maybe when she kills someone people will take notice this girl has some problems. Paris, Honey….Put down the booze…and the keys please!!!!
