Inmates Love Paris Hilton!

Day 2 from TMZ insiders

TMZ has multiple inside sources who have painted a bleak picture of day # 2 in the slammer. In three words, “Paris is scared.”

Paris has been crying on the phone, saying she’s not sleeping or eating. Paris says her cell is “freezing cold.” She has three little blankets and no pillow. She’s using one of the blankets as a pillow. The room is bright and jail noise echoes through her space.

Sleep isn’t the only problem. Paris says she has no appetite and has eaten almost nothing.

Inmates actually struck up a chant when Paris went back to her cell earlier today. As she walked by they struck up a chorus, “Paris! Paris! Paris!” We’re told she smiled and waved. Some inmates have been coming up to her cell door, mostly to say hi. One inmate said, “You don’t deserve to be here.” Another made an origami butterfly from a magazine page and slipped it under her door. Another slipped a drawing book under her door. The guards, Paris says, have all been nice.

She’s called her lawyer and family, but found it really hard to talk because there’s a recording, “You have one minute left. This call is being recorded.”

So they’re not the monsters we thought they would be!! On the hand, I see that Paris is having a hard time, but this will be temporary, hopefully. She should stay strong and know that hundreds of thousands of fans are thinking about her. We also recognize that she has become the victim of a discriminating system and that we understand she’s enduring a tougher time than we would have if we were in her shoes!

This made me cry. I feel so bad for her 🙁 She does NOT deserve to be there. No one deserves to be in solitary confinement over a flippin suspended license. It’s ridiculous. I know the confinement is for her safety but honestly? It’s beyond cruel. If they were TRULY considering her safety they should have put her on house arrest. I think house arrest is a MUCH more fitting punishment for this than solitary confinement. Heck there’s RAPISTS who don’t get solitary confinement.

And another thing that kills me is I know all the people who dislike her will take JOY out of this news “Oh YES! Karma is getting her!” or whatever and that’s just malicious, cruel and incredibly cold hearted. I don’t care for Lil Kim but I wasn’t celebrating and all joyful when she went off to jail. People are just cruel 🙁

“Oh YES! Karma is getting her!” You know why they feel that they way? Because in a sense, they know that Paris is a much better person than they are, in beauty for example. They would have never said that if she was nothing. Basically, they’re hypocrites.

Also, I’m not a 100% sure if this article by TMZ is true because I find it too harsh. Is this really what is happening? I thought that being there alone would help her.

I feel so bad for Paris. I wish I could visit her to let her know she’s not alone.
Does anyone know if a group of people go there to let her know that she’s not alone and to protest this cruel and unusual punishment for a crime that other get only a few day, do you think she can hear them or is she too far from outside the entrance.

That may be an idea. To go there and show her that people and her fans and friends support her even if she can’t hear them in solitary confinement at least the guards and people will tell her and it might help her spirits and help her through this. I think it will mean so much to her. And I think it will send a message to haters that we won’t be silent in this injustice.

It would be great if someone can organize something like that.

Wow, I think that’s a great idea. We shouldn’t say “Free Paris,” but just let her know that we support her. Unfortunately, Paris’ fans are not well organized, but seriously, that would be a good idea. I’m not sure if the fans in LA would consider doing that, though… What do you guys think?

Unfortunately I’m in NY and can’t be there but to begin maybe you can start by getting in touch with Eliot Mintz and begin organizing things in cooperation with him. I know he will know alot of people who can help make this happen. Please keep us posted as to the progress if this thing gets going. I’ll try to get a message to some friends of hers by way of the internet if I can to see what can be done. Good luck!
