"Mm-kay."

I never heard of her. I just checked and see she has a heavy rep w/the Arab world. I am hearing it now...
Whoa. That's enough. Check, please.

Have fun with that, Enkil.

...Once an infidel, always an infidel.
And right now I am listening to Hook Me Up by The Veronicas.
It got my vote for greatest album of 2007.
...The high-flying V's are better singers than Umm even.

Islamic Jihad violates Gaza ceasefire, launches 2 rockets
Special report: Palestine-Israel Relations
GAZA, June 24 (Xinhua) -- The military wing of Islamic Jihad movement claimed responsibility for firing two home-made rockets into southern Israel Tuesday afternoon, marking the first Palestinian clear violation of ceasefire.

A statement sent to the media by al-Quds Brigades, the movement armed wing, said the rocket attack was in response to the killing of an Islamic Jihad commander this morning by Israeli forces in the West Bank (AND thewaymouth daring to diss Umm.)

Israeli sources said the rockets landed on Sderot city, hitting an abandoned house and an open space. No injuries were reported in the shelling.

The incident occurred on the sixth day of an Egyptian-brokered ceasefire which took hold in Gaza Strip on Thursday. The previous days of the six-month lull passed quietly...

Thewaymouth issued a statement admitting, "I'm a bad man."

LOL! I actually read that story this morning. I think it's not easy to listen to Umm Kulthum at first. Her songs are pretty old and "outdated," especially the old ones, but that's how I like them lol. It's true, though, she was (and still is) the most famous singer in the Arab world.

Actually, I didn't know about the story about the Jihad violation of the ceasefire until AFTER I had mentioned it first in my post.

A lot of the time I google words before I finish my post to see if I am using the words correctly - I don't use the word Jihad every day. It was only then that I saw what had happened in Israel. It was a weird coincidence.

"Umm, there it is!
Umm, there it is!"
