How do you deal with web bloggers who always write stories which are critical or emphasize the negative even when there is nothing there. Some even create false stories about Paris. I have stopped reading bloggers who always write critically or write false stories. What about you, what do you do?

I've posted comments telling them what I think of them and their lies in the past on various websites, but I hate arguing, (like fellow Aquarian, Paris) am not confrontational by nature and it's probably not good for my blood pressure. Sometimes trying to argue with people just makes it worse, especially if others get involved (or worse, like on AskMen where someone started posting under my name to discredit me). I try to avoid hater places and people where possible. I had to leave a forum recently because I got soured on people's opinion of Paris and when I tried to defend her I just got bullied by more of the excrement coming out of the woodwork. On another forum, when I see people bash Paris, I put them on my ignore list so I don't have to see anymore of their posts.

The main site to this forum is a good place where Enkil often points out the lies and errors in other people's articles. Pointing out in your own blog (if you have one) where these other reports are wrong or unfair, could be a good way of letting friends know that some of the articles they may see are wrong or complete lies.

I have stopped reading those sites that are always writing hateful articles about Paris. Unfortunately, these sites are some of the most read of celebrity websites. And the people who post comments on these sites are mean, as if they are taking cues from the blogger.
I try to defend Paris on these sites but I am always out numbered.
I guess I will also put people on my ignore list.
I don't understand what satisfaction bloggers get out of being hateful to Paris.
She actually contributes a great deal to their livelihood, because of her they have pictures and stories to publish.

Actually, I don't really point out the lies anymore, expect when a fake story gets out of control.

If you think about it, reading all those stories is real waste of time. Why pay attention to something that is not true and unimportant? They're just empty stories for the entertainment of haters.

It's not worth your time to argue with haters, when they only know Paris based on what they've learned from the media (including all the famous celebrity sites).

Always question what you hear or read, not only about celebrities, but also other news stories.

Also, some people have suggested that Paris should point out the lies in the media, but it would be crazy for her to do that all the time. Remember the Larry King interview, when he asked Paris why she doesn't deny the fake stories and simply ignores them? Larry and others don't realize that too many fake stories are published every week. There would no end to it, and it would only make things worse.

I think in this Internet age, it is fatal not to deny a false story because this story gets picked up world wide, repeated for days, and will always be there to be Googled forever. At least if it is denied by her publicist, this denial will be printed side by side with the false story. So both false story and denial will be read at the same time. If Paris lets a false story stand, that will be the final word on the matter. Employing several publicist doing nothing but denying and clarifying will be a good expense for Paris. She can also blog and deny false stories about her as quickly as possible. I notice that it takes her a long time to deny, too, like the George Clooney story took her two weeks before she or her publicist denied it.

Most bloggs are trash I don't even read them, unless there is a
certain topic I'm interested in checking up on the rumor meter.

Yes, most celebrity website bloggers are mean and vicious in their stories about Paris. There seems to be conspiracy among bloggers to write nothing but nasty stories about her. For ex., when she celebrated her 28th birthday at Butters, New York Daily News, wrote about it in a nasty way, painting Paris' actions in the worst possible light when all she was doing was celebrating her birthday. They also degraded all her guests saying that they were not really there for her birthday. The same article criticized her behavior during the New York fashion show. The whole article was a hatchet job on Paris.

Hatchet job is a great term to describe those bloggers style. They need find something more pleasing to write about or get out of the business altogether. Something has to be wrong with their ego, to make them lash out for no good reason. telling half trues or out and out lies. There is really nothing that can be done about it but take it with a little style and class. Which Paris does better than most. Maybe that in itself makes her a favored target.

Yes, she is a target of these hate mongering bloggers. But can't Paris get some advice from PR people on how to counteract these attacks? For ex., Britney Spears used to be the subject of attacks but now those have subsided bec. she took herself out of the public eye. So was Nicole Richie. Maybe Paris can learn from them. Maybe she needs a savvy PR agent that will guide her in choosing how and where to present herself in public.

I may be getting in deep here, but Paris Seems to be a stronger lady than others that have had this problem. I belief
that will carry her past the cycles of bad press. She is much more diversified.

I hope you are right. In the past few weeks she has been subject to so much negative press, where ever she goes, that it is almost a conspiracy among bloggers.

It reminds me of what the press did to Britney last year before she was rescued by her parents. It seems like this year since there is no more Britney, they then have latched on Paris.

Britney is out there with a kick ass album and she has pulled
her life together well. But I guess its just Paris's turn.

yes, it is amazing how Britney pulled her life together within a year. I hope Paris learns from britney's experience with the paps and avoid the paps and too much exposure to paps. Paparazzi can destroy careers of young stars.

I hope it is not Paris' turn. She already got that turn in 2007.

That was a very bad year for Paris. But they will always be looking for something bad to write about Our Lady Paris. That
just the way thing will be for her as long as she out and about.
It's become a running game with the world now; and will take
some very def move to transcend into a more normal life.
