Very impressive!
I’d say that whoever is on Paris’s management team now has tremendous financial foresight. China is the up and coming economic power of the future.

Paris is going to be so much more than just a singer/actress. You are looking at an economic powerhouse who will do maybe a couple of movies a year. Her forte will be MONEY.
Mark my words.

BTW, did any of you see the French President speaking before the American Congress yesterday? If you haven’t, pull it up and watch it, it is so worth seeing.

His speech was very moving, he thanked the American people for twice rescuing France from devastation, and he told them why he loves America.

Hope so. China is already a huge mkt. She could be huge there.

TMZ also has a link to Hallmark’s Motion to Dismiss Paris’ lawsuit. From an atty’s perspective, it’s somewhat interesting b/c of its fairly aggressive tone, especially for a federal filing. (State courts are generally looser.) This one seems a bit more personal than normal as it borders on attacking/mocking Paris’ accomplishments. It basically takes the famous for being famous tone, states that she’s become famous by her own accord, not acting and singing, but rather nightlife and romantic and sexual escapades, whether videotaped or not, etc.

I don’t think that suit has much legs, but if it does it could get nasty. Hopefully, it will get settled. She seems to be on a bit of a roll lately and a settlement would allow her to continue to focus on positive things such as going to China, S. Korea and movies.

david,

I was thinking maybe that statement was invented by TMZ as a joke. I find it hard to believe that they said it. TMZ didn’t give any source and I couldn’t find anything about Paris on Hallmark’s website.
