Paris Hilton comments on her unjust incarceration

Paris Hilton recently told the Esquire magazine:

“It wasn’t even a DUI, that was not why I was in jail. That’s why I was charged with reckless driving. It was literally three sips of a margarita at dinner after I had just shot my music video — I hadn’t really eaten anything all day and I showed up to the dinner late because I was shooting the music video. And then, like two blocks away from In-N-Out burger, is where I got pulled over. I just thought it was really unfair.”

In other news, Paris told Esquire that “[the]whole fight [between her and Nicole Richie] was engineered by the producers.” Hrm… She also added that on the Simple Life, the producers had asked her to act like “a dumb, ditzy blonde,” whereas Nicole was told to play the role of a mean girl.

it’s clear all of that still bothers paris, but i think it’s best to move on…at least regarding public interviews, otherwise it justs keeps calling media attention back to that time for her.
