I don't understand what this ultimate "paris" cd is...It means someone has it, but just one of that exists in the world?...is it a creation of someone or Paris and Warner Bros created that?
i'm sorry for these questions but i would understand...

I just called it "ultimate", doesn't mean anything. I think it was created by Warner Bros, but I don't know for what purpose. If I remember correctly, this case has like 6 CDs. Each CD had one song. I think it was something like that. I can't find its orginal page on eBay.com. Now that this has generated some interest, I regret not having posted it when I first saw it!

I'm not sure, but it said it was in a "nice cardboard packaging" and i knew the regular cd wasn't in a cardboard packaging but the "ultimate" one was....?

No, that's the limited version (CD + DVD). I have that one.
